The National Trust’s strategic vision for the next 10 years is focussed on how we can do more to look after the special places in our care and continue to inspire our existing and new supporters with our cause. In the London and South East region, we’ve got such a lot of special places, and we’re offering a rare and exciting opportunity to join our Regional Management Team as Assistant Director of Consultancy (ADC).

Focussing on how we can bring to life our national strategy within a dynamic, innovative and fast moving region, you’ll be part of shaping and delivering our strategy for the region and you’ll work closely with your fellow ADC to lead our consultancy teams to best support our ambitions.

What it’s like to work here
By 2020, we want everyone who lives in the London and South East region to know who we are, what we do and why, and to feel inspired to help support us. In particular, we’ll transform and inspire more people with our outdoor places – championing our countryside, coastline and gardens as places of excitement, enjoyment and exercise, as well as exemplars of conservation quality.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be leading a team of highly qualified and motivated professionals from all areas of the conservation and heritage sector, with a variety of experience and specialisms. While you will be personally championing the delivery of the conservation elements of our strategy, the teams you lead will be multi-disciplinary. Leading and influencing people to be their best every day is the number one priority for this role.

Closing Date: 13 August 2017
