The Government has updated its guidance to community rights. These can be used to help protect heritage and include:
- Neighbourhood planning
- Asset of Community Value
- Community Right to Bid
- Community Asset Transfer
- Community ownership or management
- Community shares; and
- Crowdfunding.
It also points people in the right direction for advice, support and funding.
