‘Communicating World Heritage’ conference

The Ironbridge International Institute for Cultural Heritage [Alliance member], University of Birmingham and World Heritage UK [Alliance member] have joined forces to hold special international meeting at the Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site near Telford, Shropshire on 7-10 October 2017.

The first two days will bring together academics from around the world to discuss research and global policy focusing on the communication of World Heritage Values. This will be followed by the third annual conference of World Heritage UK where practitioners will gather to explore the many ways to communicate World Heritage to different audiences.
