The Architectural Heritage Fund (AHF) is seeking to recruit a Business Development Officer to help with the delivery of its investment objectives by attracting and delivering new lending business to the AHF and the UK’s heritage sector.

The AHF works to promote the conservation and sustainable re-use of historic buildings for the benefit of communities across the UK by providing advice, information and financial assistance to charities and not-for-private profit organisations. The AHF presently has three lending streams (Heritage Project Fund, Community Heritage Support Fund and Heritage Mortgage) and will soon be initiating a fourth: Heritage Impact Fund.

The position is permanent and allows for flexible working. Salary c.£35,000 p.a. (negotiable) plus 8% pension contributions. For more information regarding the position please click here.
