Volunteer needed to run the London Parks and Garden’s Trust Lecture Programme

Love London’s parks and gardens? Help make sure that others hear about what makes them so special!

We want to make sure our lecture programme makes an impact and draws in new audiences. We’re looking for a volunteer to work with our voluntary Activities Working Group to organise and run our varied and much loved lecture programme.

As a Trust, we are continuing our transformation to be the voice of London’s parks and green spaces, and our talks are a cornerstone of celebrating and exploring these special places. Working collaboratively across the Trust, you will have the key role in devising the annual lectures program: identifying speakers, securing venues and promoting the events to ensure that they inspire their audience and reflect and promote the Trust’s work.

The keys to this role are a lively interest in and familiarity with the parks and gardens of London, basic computer proficiency, and good organising and communication skills. Job share considered.

Closing date 16 April.
