The Government has published an Employer Toolkit to help employers support EU citizens on the EU Settlement Scheme, which allows EU citizens to apply for ‘settled status’.
The EU Settlement Scheme will be phased in later this year and be fully open by the end of March 2019, giving EU nationals 21 months to register.
The toolkit contains leaflets, posters and a briefing pack to provide employers with the right tools and information to support their employees.
