Second round of funding opens for litter-fighting projects across Britain

Environment Minister, Thérèse Coffey, announced on 15th August that over £300,000 is available to community projects that tackle litter. The first round of funding saw councils, charities, businesses and public projects awarded close to £125,000 to prevent littering in their local communities.  Litter can affect the setting of historic buildings and local groups in such areas maybe be able to apply for funding.
