Salary: £32,500 – £35,000

This new role within the Trust has been created specifically to co-ordinate and facilitate the delivery of the new business plan. This is an exciting time to join the team at Heritage Lincolnshire as the next 3 years are set to be a transformational period in the Trust’s development. We are looking for someone with the drive, initiative and enthusiasm that will match our commitment to achieving the outcomes and targets set out within the plan.
You will have exceptional communication skills, be a team player, and have experience of managing people. The successful candidate will be experienced in working within a senior management team to deliver change, set performance targets and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the social purpose of our organisation.
