If you’re running a historic building or heritage site, you’ll want the widest cross-section of the public to be able to visit and enjoy your property. When it comes to accommodating visitors with disabilities, the Equality Act also imposes a legal duty on employers and service providers to make “reasonable adjustments” to improve accessibility.
