Salary band £24,500-£27,500

Our Media Officer is responsible for publicising the work and role of the Victorian Society in a wide variety of media, and also for engaging communities in campaigns to save Victorian and Edwardian buildings and landscapes threatened by demolition or insensitive development.

You’ll need excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to present complex information in a concise, accurate and understandable way so as to get people enthused about our campaigns. A knowledge of Victorian and Edwardian architecture would be an advantage. Travel throughout England and Wales may occasionally be involved. Three year contract subject to performance and funding.
