The Regulatory Policy Commission (RPC) recently released its opinion on DEFRA’s impact assessment of the Proposed regulation of the sales, distribution and marketing of house coal and wet wood.
The objective of the proposal is to meet international obligations and to reduce the negative impacts on health and the environment caused by PM2.5 and sulphur dioxide (SO2) pollution.
