Charity Commission and Partners Launch Fraud Resilience Survey

Editor News

Earlier this week, the Charity Commission for England and Wales announced that it has launched a survey, in partnership with the Fraud Advisory Panel, aimed at gaining a better understanding of charities’ resilience to fraud as well as their levels of cyber security,

This follows growing concerns about fraud, which is increasingly becoming a big problem for charities, costing potentially billions of pounds each year. The Commission is emailing 15,000 charities directly, inviting them to complete a questionnaire.

The survey will run for four weeks, and the Commission intends to publish the findings of the research later this year.
