The Churches Conservation Trust (CTT) are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to lead their national operations team.
The successful candidate will report to the Chief Executive, taking on this new and key strategic role to lead and transform the people-based operations of the CCT as the charity develops and implements its new strategy. They will be responsible for working with and supporting the Heads of Regions and Head of Fundraising and Membership to achieve income targets, improve relationships around the CCT’s churches and drive membership growth.
