Icon is partnering with the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists (CIfA) in a Historic England funded project to develop a Sustainable Labour Market Intelligence Toolkit for the cultural heritage sector.
Icon is seeking to appoint a consultant to design a toolkit for collecting, analysing and presenting labour market intelligence on the UK cultural heritage workforce.
They are encouraging tenderers to draw on and learn from existing effective sustainable workforce research and best practice in other sectors, and to propose a toolkit relevant to the cultural heritage sector. Tenderers should consider how the heritage sector can be encouraged to be more proactive and habitual in its usage of LMI. Tenderers are welcome to suggest their own approach to delivering the project aims and the design of the toolkit.
