As the new Personal Assistant/Office Manager to the Strategy and Listing Director and Development Economics Director at Historic England, you will provide crucial support by ensuring that both Directors are fully organised. Acting as the initial point of contact for all queries, you will work closely with other administrative colleagues to provide meeting support, along with circulating agendas, notes and reports.

In this role, you will be responsible for the management and planning of each Director`s diary, ensuring that meetings, tours and visits are scheduled, organised and supported effectively and efficiently. You`ll also be responsible for coordinating business travel and accommodation arrangements as required, as well as processing Visa & Cash expenses, and managing emails, correspondence and calls.

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience of secretarial, administrative and office organisation duties in a busy office environment and at a senior level. With the ability to deal with confidential information with discretion, tact and sensitivity, you also work to a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail. With excellent organisation and planning skills, you also have strong IT skills and an ability to intelligently assess and anticipate needs.
