Historic Royal Palaces (HRP) is the independent charity that looks after the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace. The Banqueting House, Kensington Palace. Kew’s royal buildings and Hillsborough Castle in Northern Ireland.
Historic Royal Palaces are searching for project managers and quantity surveyors to work with their in-house and consultant specialists & contractors on building conservation and major project work at their extraordinary sites.
Visitor experience is at the heart of their work, explaining the sites’ history and championing best practice in conservation and award-winning design.
Part of a team of qualified surveyors and architects, your role includes project sponsorship, contributing to project planning and prioritisation, and management of a range of improvement projects from feasibility, through design and construction, to project review. The highest standards apply, and HRP supports career development through practical experience and training. Assistant Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor (working towards professional qualifications), Project Manager, Senior Project Manager and Principal Quantity Surveyor positions are available, based on experience.
Project Managers: £30k – £60k + all the HRP benefits
Quantity Surveyors: £30k – £70k + all the HRP benefits
