Oxford Preservation Trust [Alliance Member] are seeking a Planner/Senior Planner to provide part-time maternity cover for 12 months from November 2019.
The successful candidate will need to have an interest in heritage, urban design and landscape issue alongside a sound understanding and experience of development control, planning policy and law. Successful candidates will be expected to be RTPI and/or IHBC qualified and should have a minimum of two years private or public sector experience in the planning field. An interest and knowledge of Oxford would be helpful.
Excellent communication skills will also be required.
