The Gardens Trust [Alliance member] is looking for new volunteer members of its Board to help develop and deliver ambitious plans for its work protecting and conserving historic designed landscapes.
The Gardens Trust is the only UK national charity dedicated to protecting and conserving our heritage of designed landscapes. It campaigns for them, undertakes research and conservation work, and encourages public appreciation and involvement.
The Trust would particularly like to hear from you if you have experience in landscape conservation and planning; event and lecture organisation; marketing, communications and public relations; IT and web management; education; audience development; fundraising and grant applications; and finance.
The Gardens Trust is committed to increasing diversity amongst its stakeholders, and this includes the Board. This is an unpaid post, but reasonable expenses can be covered.
