London Historic Buildings Trust: Options Appraisal Enhancement Business Planner and Community Consultant

The London Historic Buildings Trust (LHBT) is seeking to appoint a Business Planner and Community Consultant (or consultant team) to support an Options Appraisal Enhancement for a pair of Grade II listed buildings in the London Borough of Enfield – the Former Girls’ Charity School and no 24 Church Street, Edmonton.

The Business Planner and Community Consultant will join a project team led by a Lead Consultant; there is a separate Brief for a Lead Consultant, though joint submissions are welcomed.

The project is scheduled to take 6 months (between April 2020 and October 2020), with a draft report submitted at month 4. Please contact Project Manager Rosie Shaw for the detailed Project Brief: rosie.shaw@londonhistoricbuildings.org.uk

Fee proposals must be returned by 12pm Monday 6th April 2020, interviews will take place in the week commencing the 6th April.
