The Heritage Alliance is seeking an experienced consultant(s) to undertake the evaluation of the National Lottery Heritage Funded ‘Rebuilding Heritage’ project between July 2020 and October 2021.
The successful consultant(s) will have extensive experience in evaluating Heritage Lottery funded projects and measuring financial impact, including undertaking Impact Assessments (economic, engagement, organisations reach). The consultant must also have the skills and resources necessary to complete the work and agree to work within the timeframe stipulated in the Tender Brief. This project comprises an unique, iterative support programme at a time of great change for the heritage sector, and consultant(s) will need to work closely with the Project Manager to capture project touch points and adapt data gathering methods to keep pace with the project delivery methods.
