Contract Value: 50K per annum + VAT if applicable
Hours and contract: Fixed term contract until March 2024

Following a successful bid to Historic England a newly formed Community Interest Company, For Tyldesley is looking to appoint a qualified and experienced Consultant or Consultancy to provide Project Manager services for delivering the historic building elements of Tyldesley High Street Heritage Action Zone (HSHAZ).

The contract involves working closely with For Tyldesley’s Community Support Manager and, in order to provide continuity in engaging with our traders and partners, will require a nominated consultant to be a clear and visible point of contact for historic buildings and support the delivery of our heritage-led regeneration scheme on Tyldesley’s busy high-street.

The work will contribute to the delivery of a range of exciting conservation and community engagement projects totalling £3.5million in the town. It is part of a complementary framework of activity alongside community, cultural and heritage initiatives in the town designed to bring about lasting transformational change.
