Dr Francesca Benetti

Francesca works part-time for the Historic Environment Forum as a Task Group Manager. She is an archaeologist specialising in cultural policy analysis, project management and evaluation.

Outside of her work for HEF, Francesca is Head of Publishing at SAP Società Archeologica (one of the leading archaeological companies in north Italy), and the Deputy Editor of the Public Archaeology Journal. She earned her PhD at the University of Padova, with a research project focused on the legal and juridical aspects of public participation in archaeology in Italy and the UK.
