Volunteer Supervisor required to work with the Visitor Experience Manager to develop and implement the Volunteer programme. Duties include coordinating and supervising volunteers daily and support the Visitor Experience team in developing initiatives to maintain and improve the visitor offer. Must have experience of leading a team in a customer service or sales environment; ability to motivate others to sell products, great communication skills and an interest in history, art, visitor experience or tourism.
