The CCT need an Estate Officer to support the CCT’s national Conservation team. You will be the main point of contact for all chapel maintenance related issues, liaising closely with contractors, local groups & volunteers. You will set-up and deliver the maintenance programme, including regulatory and legal compliance, as well as deal with utilities and insurance.
You will have previous experience in historic buildings maintenance, repair or property management. You will be an effective communicator, be able to plan and deliver your own workload and work as part of a team. As you’ll be working at chapels throughout England it is essential you have a full driving license.

Salary: £24,962 – £28,000 pro rata, per annum – 28.8 hours per week, over 4 days. Fixed term contract until 31st March 2025
