The Landmark Trust is seeking an experienced Maintenance Co-ordinator who can manage the day-to-day annual maintenance programme of repairs, improvement and compliance works across a portfolio of buildings in the UK and Italy. This role is crucial in providing central financial budgetary control to the Estates team of an annual budget of circa £2½m. You will have relevant planning knowledge with a strong track record in the preparation of budgets, monitoring and cost control within the conservation sector/public sector environment.
