Salary: £40,500

Full-time Role (0.8 FTE also potentially considered)

Maternity Cover: 13 months – Mid-May 2025 until Mid-June 2026

We are seeking a strategic and passionate Head of Development and Membership to drive our membership growth, secure future funding for our charity and design our next sector-support projects. It is a unique opening to have a leading role in what the Heritage Alliance will achieve in the coming years.

As well as delivering key targets set in our Development, Membership and Capacity-Building Strategies, the postholder will have the opportunity to respond with agility to new opportunities as they arise in the heritage sector.

This role is a 13-month maternity cover (including 2 weeks handover at either end).
