Delphine Jasmin-Belisle
Delphine Jasmin-Belisle is the Head of Development and Membership for the Heritage Alliance. Passionate about the sector’s sustainability, she oversees the Development and Capability Building arm of the Heritage Alliance, as well as growing and supporting its members.
Previously, Delphine worked in site operations at large visitor attractions for English Heritage for 8 years. As Whitby Abbey Site Manager and later Property Manager of a portfolio of English Heritage sites across the Yorkshire Coast and Moors, she insured the financial and operational sustainability of the properties while firmly establishing successful and durable partnerships across the Coast. She recently delivered the £1.6M re-development of Whitby Abbey, which was successful launched in April 2019. Prior to her time in Yorkshire, she worked for the heritage non-profit organisation Grampus Heritage and Training and Environment Cooperatives in Cumbria. This varied background gave her insight on the challenges and opportunities for heritage organisations both large and small.
Throughout her career, Delphine has always kept the promotion of heritage at the heart of everything she does.
