Katherine Baldwin

Katy Baldwin is a senior civil servant. She started her Civil Service career at The National Archives, and has since worked at departments including the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities and HM Treasury. She is a chartered accountant and was a trustee of Highgate Cemetery for six years. Katy has a degree in history from the University of Oxford and a Master’s in Cultural Heritage Studies from University College London. Outside of work Katy enjoys rowing on the Thames and introducing her son to the heritage of London.
