Salary/Stipend: £30000 – £40000
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
The Adviser will assist with the assembling of professional teams. In the vast majority of projects, the Adviser’s involvement will be planting seed ideas, encouraging, monitoring, and give advice but not direct management, and the role is best suited to a candidate with a passion for the big picture.
The Adviser will be expected to provide training for clergy, churchwardens and others who are wishing to embark on a grant-based development project, as well as providing clear and concise guidance notes on relevant subjects to be published on the diocesan website.
