Contribute to the Alliance’s Growing Advocacy Work

Editor News

As many of you may know, full members of The Heritage Alliance are welcome to join our advocacy groups, which allow members to communicate on a range of heritage issues, rural to digital.

Our members’ shared interests are primarily gathered through our five advocacy groups; Spatial Planning, Funding and Investment, Digital, Learning and Skills, Rural Heritage and Mobile Heritage. These groups operate as the Alliance’s primary advisory bodies on policy issues including consultation responses as well as acting as information-sharing forums. Our two working groups involve stakeholders from beyond our membership, as well as our core and affiliate members.

Our current Advocacy Groups are as follows, (please click the links for more information):

Spatial Planning

Funding and Investment

Digital, Learning and Skills

Rural Heritage

Mobile Heritage

Working groups:

Tax

Marine Heritage

The Historic Religious Building Alliance also has its own membership. Please email Becky Payne for more information.

All members are entitled to have one or more contacts from their organisation placed on this list, so if you would like your details to be included on one or more of these mailing lists, please email Daniella Briscoe-Peaple at policy@theheritagealiance.org.uk. Unfortunately, these groups are not currently open to non-members, but if you are interested in joining the Alliance, please visit our website for details.
