The Volunteer Leader of the Year Award celebrates innovative and outstanding examples of volunteer leadership and management within our sector. The award recognises achievements in three key areas:

  • Innovation: projects and activities that demonstrate new and improved approaches to volunteering
  • Collaboration: working with others to create transformative or outstanding volunteering experiences for individuals or organisations
  • Passion: going beyond what could reasonably be expected for a volunteer leader or manager
  • Whether a Volunteer Coordinator, part-time supervisor, paid or unpaid if you know someone who has made a real difference, we want to know about it.
