As a Conservation Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for delivering high quality maintenance and conservation repair project works across English Heritage’s National Collection of Historic Properties in the East & London.

This is an exciting and challenging role and we are looking for you to bring your technical expertise as well as proven contract management skills and experience to the team.

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to both influence and lead a successful multi-disciplinary professional team whilst retaining your commitment to delivering high standards and work collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholders. Current and working knowledge of the relevant health & safety legislation and other statutory requirements will also be needed.

You will hold a Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject – e.g. building surveying, engineering etc. with demonstrable experience in a maintenance manager, contracts manager or Facilities Manager role covering multiple sites. Salary up to £50,000
