We are looking for an experienced Head of Survey & Asset Management with substantial recent post qualification practical experience in either a commercial or historic conservation environment. This role is based in Swindon but will require frequent travel to various sites.

You will lead and support our Historic Building Surveyors and Survey Co-ordinators, working with them and others across the organisation and beyond to develop our approach to survey, asset management and use of emerging technology to help us best understand the condition, risk and vulnerability of our historic estate so as to best prioritise our long term programme of conservation management. Leadership, collaboration and strategic thinking are therefore key.

This is a varied and unique place to come to work, no two days are the same so be prepared to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with some of the best views in the country.
