DEFRA are inviting applications for the next round of Countryside Stewardship funding, aiming to help farmers, foresters and land managers improve the natural environment.
The funding is for a person or organisation to help a group of farmers and other land managers work together to:
- Improve the natural environment at a landscape rather than a single farm scale
- Achieve greater improvements than individual holdings could on their own.
Applications for the facilitation funds are open from 5 August to 4 October 2019.
