The Georgian Group [Alliance Member] is holding a Study Day at Somerset House on Wednesday 16 October, which will explore how Stone Cantilevered Stairs are a characteristic feature of Georgian architecture. The day is aimed at owners and custodians of buildings containing stone cantilevered stairs, and architects, surveyors and structural engineers involved in the repair of existing stairs or the construction of new ones.
This will be an all-day study day (including lunch and refreshments), starting from 9am. The event is open to all (members and non-members) and costs £135.
