As 31 October (the date on which the Government has said it will leave the EU) approaches, Prime Minister Boris Johnson has set out his proposals for a deal with the EU. This comes with further guidance from Government on Brexit preparedness in the event of a no-deal Brexit, set out in its No-Deal Readiness Report.
The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) has released more robust guidance to prepare individuals and organisations for changes in the event of a no-deal Brexit.
