The Heritage Alliance is currently finalising a report on the important role of heritage places and organisations in underpinning and supporting the creative industries. We recently held an informative and lively roundtable with a range of members.
We are delighted to announce that we launching our report on Heritage and Creative Industries, written by Hannah Shimko, at The Ragged School Museum [Alliance Member] in London on 17 September, from 3-5pm.
This important report showcases successful collaborations between heritage sites and organisations within the creative industries, sharing best practice and recommendations for both sectors to build better partnerships into the future. The report also sets out recommendations for funding bodies, Government and policy workers, while the event will bring together heritage and creative practitioners and policy makers.
This event is free and open to all, but we welcome donations from individuals or organisations who are happy to contribute to the running costs of the event and to help us do further work on this project into the future.
