The Heritage of London Trust Operations Ltd (HOLTOP) is seeking a conservation-accredited architect (Lead Consultant) to prepare and co-ordinate an Options Appraisal for a Grade II listed building in the London Borough of Ealing (Two Chapels South Ealing Cemetery).
The lead consultant will report to the HOLTOP Project Organiser and will be required to nominate and coordinate a professional team, (Quantity Surveyor, Structural Engineer, Business Planner and/or Community Engagement Consultant). The project is scheduled to take 6 months (between mid-December 2018 and mid-June 2019), with a draft report submitted at month 4.
