Heritage Open Days is England’s largest festival of history and culture, bringing together over 2,500 organisations, 5,500 events and 47,000 volunteers.
Every September, places across the country throw open their doors to celebrate their heritage, community and history. The friendly and dedicated national team are looking for volunteers to assist in the Heritage Open Days office and to help with their social media streams. It’s a great opportunity to get involved, gain relevant work experience and learn more about the sector.
