Libraries and Archives Engagement with Planning Departments

Editor News

The National Archives and Arts Council England are working collaboratively to support library and archive services to explore ways in which they can influence local planning decisions (specifically Section 106 and Community Infrastructure Levy).

As part of this work they have commissioned Mairead O’Rourke (Culture Runner) to undertake research into current engagement of libraries and archives with planning departments.

They are therefore requesting responses to a short survey, with each contribution helping to inform the content of guidance and future workshops.

Reponses are needed by the 10 December.

Take the survey.
