London Historic Buildings Trust: Options Appraisal Enhancement Lead Consultant

The London Historic Buildings Trust (LHBT) is seeking to appoint a conservation-accredited architect (Lead Consultant) to prepare and co-ordinate an Options Appraisal Enhancement for a pair of Grade II listed buildings in the London Borough of Enfield – the Former Girls’ Charity School and no 24 Church Street, Edmonton. The Lead Consultant will report to the LHBT Project Manager and will be required to nominate a professional team, (Quantity Surveyor and Structural Engineer). There is a separate Brief for a Business Planner and Community Consultant, though joint submissions are welcomed. The project is scheduled to take 6 months (between April 2020 and October 2020), with a draft report submitted at month 4. Fee proposals must be returned by 12pm Monday 6th April 2020, interviews will take place in the week commencing the 6th April.
