The NHLF is currently recruiting for a full time, permanent Engagement Manager based in the Cardiff office with hybrid working or home-based in North Wales. The role involves working as part of the Engagement Team to deliver engagement and inclusion activity across Wales including stimulating and supporting the flow of good quality applications; working in Areas of Focus as required and contributing to and implementing outreach strategies. It also includes advising and supporting potential applicants and assisting in the practical delivery of the team’s communications strategy including promotion of the National Lottery, effective use of social media, and developing content for the Heritage Fund’s website.
