NCVO has published a set of Charity Ethical Principles. They are meant to support charities and provide a framework within which relevant policies and procedures can be developed and reviewed.
They don’t just cover strengthening safeguarding and employment practices: they apply to any conduct within charities, so every charity can ensure it is a ‘safe place’. They should complement existing codes such as the Charity Governance Code.
