Culture& [Alliance member], has received a National Lottery grant for the ‘New Museum School’ project which aims to open up who represents, makes and enjoys arts and heritage by providing year-long work-based placements for trainees from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
The New Museum School represents a strategic approach to embedding diversity, at a national level in the UK heritage sector skills training. Delivered in collaboration and across a wide range of locations, the project will develop lasting synergies between cultural heritage partners, each distinct in its heritage offer, scale and audience base.
