Following recent approval of funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund for Norfolk Archaeological Trust’s ‘Onwards & Upwards’ project we are seeking to engage consultants working within the heritage, tourism and planning sectors to deliver programmes of research and reporting to assist the Trust with transition to a new sustainable business model. www.norfarchtrust.org.uk
We are advertising the commissions as three separate ‘lots’ based on workstreams. We anticipate the tenders being submitted as consortia bids or by lead consultancies with sub-consultancies under their own management. Bids for more than one of the workstreams will be accepted.
Workstream 1: Innovating our organisation – governance review, fundraising strategy and 10-year business plan
Workstream 2: Understanding and engaging audiences – audience research and development
Workstream 3: Reviewing and leveraging our assets – property master-planning and asset management
Salary:
3 x consultancy contracts to be delivered over 18 months (May 2018 – October 2019)
• Workstream 1 £45k +VAT
• Workstream 2 20k + VAT
• Workstream 3 20k +VAT
Based: Norfolk-wide
