Flexible Working location across the West Midlands
Salary: £18,700 pa
A number of exciting projects are currently running across the West Midlands, all at various stages and with different foci. We’re looking for an individual who can support the Project Manager and Operational Leads responsible for designing and delivering projects at a number of properties across the Midlands Region.
As the Senior Project Co-ordinator you’ll support the Project Manager, Teams, and Clients with the running of the relevant projects. Working within the appropriate business support technical and project frameworks, you’ll provide a clear audit trail for decisions and activities undertaken within the project. You’ll regularly report on the progress of the project against budgets, programme of work and funds committed. You’ll support project communications, and maintain excellent relationships with all project stakeholders and ensure coherent communications are shared.
You’ll need to have:
Good people skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Some knowledge of budgets, finance and co-ordination of projects
Good influencing and presentation skills
Excellent organisational and planning skills
The ability to work well both in a team and on your own initiative
Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
