The SPAB (Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings) is a building conservation charity looking for a dynamic individual with fundraising experience to advise on new income-generation activities, most notably corporate and/or major donor fundraising as part of our newly formed Advocacy Committee.
The Advocacy committee has been set up to assist the SPAB’s Communications and Development team’s work in fundraising, membership development, campaigning and communications. You will participate in four meetings a year in London plus some between-meeting correspondence.
We are looking for someone who will work collaboratively with staff, helping them to shape the strategic plan. An ideal volunteer will be approachable, dynamic and have proven experience working in corporate fundraising and/or major donor fundraising.
