The Churches Conservation Trust are looking for an agile thinker to join their new Conservation directorate as Head of Enterprise. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, energetic and ambitious, with an awareness of the opportunities and constraints of working with historic buildings, as well as an understanding of the role of volunteers and communities in commercial success. They will have a track record of developing and delivering commercial opportunities over a multi-site operation, demonstrate creative thinking skills and have a practical approach to problem solving.
The Head of Enterprise will report to the Director of Conservation and will be responsible for developing the maintenance business, growing and facilitating the consultancy work of the CCT and developing Champing™ into a commercially viable business.
