The Landmark Trust is seeking an experienced maintenance co-ordinator who can manage the day-to-day annual maintenance programme of repairs, improvement and compliance works across a portfolio of buildings in the UK and Italy.
You will have relevant planning knowledge with a strong track record in the preparation of budgets, monitoring and cost control within the conservation sector/public sector environment.
