West Dean College of Arts and Conservation is a growing and internationally recognised College with a rich heritage of creativity. A new opportunity exists for an experienced sales person to further develop and manage our sales function. This is a wide-ranging role focused on growth across all areas of revenue generation; predominantly the College’s integrated education offering and activities associated with the College as a venue such as conferences and events, as well as our visitor attraction.
We are seeking a proactive manager, with demonstrable experience of achieving results in a customer service focused environment. The ideal candidate will have solid commercial acumen and a grasp of the relationship between marketing and sales, coupled with outstanding communication skills. Experience of and interest in the education, creative arts or heritage sectors would be advantageous.
